My name is Paul McDonald, I am a Sales Representative with RE/MAX Hallmark Realty and I have been selling real estate for the last 12 years. Since the beginning of my career in 2003 I have witnessed a real estate market like no other in the history of Toronto. I guess there is no ideal market to start in, but since the beginning the real estate market has witnessed unprecedented growth, although there have been slight pull-backs in the market it’s essentially gone up about 300% to date.


Throughout the years it’s been predominately a Seller’s market, resulting in multiple offers, time and time again.
